about

My goal is to listen to and understand your story. Every belief, motivation, obstacle, and goal plays a role in making up your whole person who has unique nutritional and lifestyle needs.

I provide guidance and support for reflection, goal setting, and action. I share knowledge about nourishment, supplementation, herbal remedies, cooking techniques, exercise, sleep hygiene, and lessening the stress load of this modern life to better support your optimal health and wellbeing. I work with you to come up with a customized plan that compliments your lifestyle.

You are the leader of your healing journey. I am here to provide tools that will help you get to where you want to be from where you’re starting now.

I am always learning and I continue to grow with you. Life and health is a work in progress. You may be expecting me to talk about my journey at this point. I could tell you what I went through and how I got to be here now. And that may be a conversation you’re interested in. It’s nothing fancy, nothing crazy, and honestly there was no “ah-ha” moment. It’s been recognizing the little things that weigh me down and the little things that bring me up.

I’ve gone through an ivy league education and studied amazing things — engineering, art history, economics. I’ve learned what I like and what I didn’t know anything about. It has broadened my mind. Most of the time we need to become aware of something that exists that’s not on our radar that sparks something deep inside of us. It helps to jolt the course. That’s been nutrition for me. And I continue down the rabbit hole, excited for what there is to discover with every one of you. Food is life, it is connection, and it can be so much more simple than you think.

I now hold a Master’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) Candidate. Let’s just say, five years ago, I could’ve never imagined where I am now. It’s an unpredictable journey for sure and curiosity keeps me carrying on.
